It integrates the flexibility of highway bridge erection machines with the heavy-load stability of railway bridge erection machines. Through modular structure design and multi-functional adaptation system, it can quickly switch in construction scenarios with different gauge and load grades, achieving the lifting, transportation, alignment and installation of beam sections (such as highway T-beams, box girders, simply supported railway girders, intercity railway box girders, etc.). Its core structure has been upgraded on the basis of the traditional bridge erection machine, mainly including:

 

- Main structure

Double main beams or truss-type gantry frames made of high-strength alloy steel have sufficient load-bearing capacity (to accommodate the heavy weight of railway beams) and lateral stability (to meet the wide span requirements of highway beams).

 

- Principle

The large vehicle travels longitudinally along the factory track, while the small vehicle moves laterally. The lifting mechanism lifts and lowers the heavy object, which is controlled by buttons or remote control.

 

- Multi-functional crane system

Equipped with adjustable lifting gear and lifting mechanism, by changing the spacing of lifting points and adjusting the lifting speed, it can meet the different lifting requirements of highway beams (usually light in weight and wide) and railway beams (usually heavy in weight and with high precision requirements).

 

- Variable track running system

The bottom of the outriggers is equipped with telescopic or replaceable wheel sets, which can be switched according to the tire-type running requirements of highway construction or the track-type running requirements of railway construction. The gauge can be adjusted between the standard railway gauge (such as 1435mm) and the temporary gauge for highway construction.

 

- Intelligent control system

Integrating attitude monitoring, load sensing and precise alignment technologies, it can achieve the smooth erection of beam sections through digital operation, and at the same time adapt to the different construction accuracy standards of highways and railways (for example, the alignment error of railway beams needs to be controlled at the millimeter level).
